What an absolute joke, this location is! Dropped my taxes off and then crickets! Called a couple weeks later to find out nothing was done yet and that someone will get back to me. Got an email from someone there, asking for more info. I emailed back with that info and continued to wait. More crickets. Called again only to find out that the person taking care of my file was a seasonal employee and that she's no longer there. No phone call, no emails informing me of that!
