This company is completely incompetent both as a satellite operation and as a corporation. Have paid extra and filed early both to ensure the provision of accurate and required information for benefit entitlement and H&R Block guarantees for reassessments and backdating previous years timely and accurately which was a complete waste of time, money and resources- but has resulted in significantly - significantly less benefits than the previous year (when self-filed) despite no changes in income, rent or other factors beyond t... read more
The staff were friendly, patient, and professional, and took the time to answer all my questions clearly, even had some extra insight on things I was not aware of. Taxes were completed smoothly and efficiently, and I’m very satisfied with the service and outcome. Would definitely recommend.
