terrible h&r block been a week of me calling for them to promise it would be done in the evening and ready for pickup in the morning, we called in the following morning to be told no one did it, would we want them to get someone else inside their office to do it because who we were working with wasn't in today. we canceled with them and are going to another h&r block do NOT recommend them
