Caitlin was amazing to work with! I appreciated how she listened to my issues and concerns and worked to fully address them to the best of her ability. She put in time to locate suggested items that could enhance my fit and did an excellent job of explaining her means and methods of the fit to enhance my understanding.
Tom was very knowledgeable and explained in an easy to understand way the technical aspects of the bike fit
Caitlin did a full structural assessment of my body first. She helped identify some weaker areas and structural issues that may contribute to my comfort and performance on the bike. We then went into all the myriad of possible tweaks on the bike fit. Caitlin was super patient with a number of little things. She is very knowledgable about biomechanics and used the information generated with the technology to explain to me where I might be losing power, or putting undue stress on certain areas of my body. Legitimately the best bike fit I've ever gotten! Can't emphasize how great Cait and Tom were to work with and how knowledgeable they are on their craft. Can't wait to rep Hu Performance for 2026 and see how these aero adjustments will convert to faster times!
