I was hesitant to write this review because Tom was genuinely kind and clearly wanted to help, but unfortunately I left with a bike fit that did not work for me. I received a fit last Fall, and after the initial adjustments my bike felt significantly worse than it had before the fitting. I experienced severe back and shoulder pain that I had never dealt with previously. Amazing costumer service, very attentive to details, bike fit was great! 10/10
Caitlin was amazing to work with! I appreciated how she listened to my issues and concerns and worked to fully address them to the best of her ability. She put in time to locate suggested items that could enhance my fit and did an excellent job of explaining her means and methods of the fit to enhance my understanding.
