A part the red flag that all the positive review as the same last name “ram” and the rest of the review are negative should make you understand the type of business this is. This guy sell you broken things and refuse to refund or exchange , as English law says. They try to frode a friend giving extra price for a lap top to repair, that was not even broken. Be careful and don’t even step in there.
