Generally if it is a piece of furniture that you want to make a lot of, these guys will do it. The crew that works here, they don't have a whole lot of turnover, the guys that run the shop appear to have a reasonably good relationship with them, and I think I have seen one person change in about 2 years of doing service and maintenance on their equipment. They were very nice and offered me a job on cnc router with very generous pay. The work environment is extremely hot in summer and cold and winter. The job just wasn't something i could handle anymore. But the owners are great guys.
