uuuh... we were only there once.... and nobody was there. it was way too quiet. and compared to Ashley which we had visited before coming here, way too expensive. but apart from that, nobody was there. me and my partner were disappointed. I started freaking out a little bit because it was giving me serial killers basement vibes. I told my partner that and we quickly left the store. we will never go back.
Ordered a couch on October 3rd, 2025. Missed out on two holidays with no couch. Went on 5 months to get a different floor model couch delivered.
Ordered some furniture 8/5/25 said 6/8 weeks. Okay I knew up front it would be about 2 months. I pride myself on shopping local and was willing to wait. . Week 9 I call as hadn’t heard anything. They said it would be in the following weeks. Didn’t hear anything again. Called week 9. It will be another 2-3 weeks. No communication whatsoever. This is why people shop at the big stores. Never again. Week 13 still no furniture for being told 6-8 weeks
