we were looking for 2 matching recliners, they didn't have that but said we can order the other 1 and 6-8 wks have it. so we did that and we ended up waiting a yr to get the chair...they deliver it and its the wrong chair..they left the wrong one here and said they would make it right with us..its been 6 wks more now and we haven't heard a word from h l stephens......very disappointed in how we have been treated.
Had two recliners delivered two weeks ago. One had a hole in it the other had a bad handle on it. We called them on Sunday and they had someone here on Monday. They did a very professional job and were on time. Thank you
Wonderful people to work with, they have been very helpful, holding onto my furniture since my delivery had to be delayed. Vicky is the best!
