I’m afraid I have agree with the other reviews. They used to be awesome, responsive, helpful. Now? Forget it. Long wait times, wrong parts and a multitude of other issues. We got a call back 8 months later on an order we inquired about. They still send me a bill that I paid a couple of years ago. I paid via ACH transfer so I have all kinds of proof but still I get the bill. We use another wholesaler and have had great service, great prices and quick delivery.
Absolutely the worst wholesaler in the locksmith industry. I’ve been a customer of HL Flake since 1999 and have pulled my account since they have been bought out by banner solutions. Horrible customer service, always items missing from our orders, etc… if I could give ZERO stars, I would.
