Been in a few times. Recently bought a mtn bike from him. Nice bike but used. Verbal 1 yr warranty. 6 weeks until the derailer tension lever stopped working. Took in in. Repaired it with a smile. He is winding down these days and working less each summer. You better see him now if you are thinking of a bike!
Had a bike assembled by what personal and google reviews led me to believe would be top notch, was ultimately disappointed. Wheel bearings needed grease badly, I can't use 1st gear cuz it's way out of line with the front sprocket, brake discs rubbed (easy fix but still annoying) was promised different tires than i ended up with and was told i would get an upgrade to a softer seat (I did not.)
