I’ve been in different offices that manage your post/prep tax . This office by far is the poorest in customer service….they take too long⏱️
First time coming here. Everything went smooth, Santiago did help me BUT I was very DISAPPOINTED in the prices he charges. I was charged $350 to file my taxes. That is absurb. Never in 15 years have I paid anyone that much. It was okay service but not coming back ever. I was recommended here but I will not recommend anyone myself. I should've stayed to my original tax preparer paying twice as less as here.
