The old lady running the store had very poor customer service. I took my younger sister in there and she was very snippy and snapped at her about messing up the hangers that were ALREADY messed up. The lady tried to micromanage the entire experience as well. Do not recommend at all.
Haley was absolutely the best. Very helpful and simply lovely in a time super must and need. She was super attentive to my mom needs for her 80th birthday party.
Was at the mall and passed by this store, my daughter saw a dress she thought was nice and decided to go in and try it on. It was a "wedding" style dress. The lady(owner?) asked my daughter if she was looking for a wedding dress to which she replied "yes" the lady said she could help her in a minute. She comes over and asks her when her wedding is. La atención es horrible. Yo fui a buscar mi vestido para mi sesión de fotos y solo me mostró 2 y no me dejo elegir nada. Solo me digo cual quieres y le juro que me gusto es vestido pero la atención es horrible y decide no probarlo. Es grosera. Nada paciente. Te hace caras. Te dice que se te ve feo. Si quieren que las critiquen y las hagan sentir mal vallan ahi. Yo jamas vuelvo
