Patrick does an outstanding job supporting local artisans and farms with his wide selection. The foods are incredible and the gifts are fun, eclectic and whimsical. Finn loves his whale doll.
H&H is filled with a charming eclectic assortment of goods. Patrick has done a incredible job of finding local artists, crafters, makers, growers, bakers, and made them all available in one place. inventory is always changing. I find new wonderful things every time I stop. this shop has something for everyone. highly recommend stopping on your way through.
H&H and Patrick have become such an asset to our coastal communities. It's difficult for me to point to just one thing that I love about H&H. First: the produce, eggs, cheese, bread, sweets and so many other things. The shop has an abundance of "Made In Maine" offerings. And may I mention the meatpies from Portable Pies? Great little shop in the heart of downtown Searsport. You are sure to find something for everyone. From fresh produce & baked goods to an assortment of meats to an abundance of Maine made crafts. Along with books from local authors and even a few not so locally made items. Prices are reasonable and the owner creates a welcoming atmosphere.
