After delivering a damaged stove and several months to repair it, the store refuses to replace the stove. Instead they want $375 for a new stove saying the manufacturer refused to take back the stove. The stove still has evidence of the damage. Twice employees told us they would replace the stove only to have the owner of H&H first to refuse the replacement, then to say they wanted $375 to replace it. Guess we should have gone to Lowes which is what our contractor told us to do and stay away from H&H.
