Ultra Premium Pricing with Bargain Basement Service!! Absolute Disgrace!!
Our new home included Frigidaire Gallery appliances. After two years, we incurred a refrigerator shelf issue. H&H customer service team was very responsive. After an initial visit, the H&H repair team returned and completed the replacement of the arm/shelf. The H&H team in total was both professional and courteous too. We will call H&H for any future appliance repair needs. Thanks again!
I bought complete kitchen appliances for two houses from this company. I’ve had repairs on Bosch appliances 6 times in four years…. Don't buy Bosch! The last refrigerator repair was going to be $1500. I replaced with a different brand from Coastal Appliance. Two years ago, H&H installed new kitchen appliances in another house. They did not secure the dishwasher and it has become increasingly loose under the counter. I requested they send a repair man to complete the job they didn’t complete in 2022.
