Was easy to schedule appointment for oil change. John handled the scheduling and was very accommodating. I took my car in and waited while they performed the work. Was done timely and efficiently. Always pleased with the service.
I've been going to H&H auto since I think Bil opened it. They have always provided excellent customer service. They treat your car like it's theirs. Some of these guys are our neighbors. So it makes it real nice to just be able to take my vehicles there for personal and business. Their technicians. are very good and educated on many types of vehicles. I would always recommend them.
Yeah, I went to them like 10-15 yrs ago and never had a bad experience and then somehow I started going somewhere else and that somewhere else got sold so now I’m back and I wonder why I even left in the first place? Very honest people in fair prices and very good quality work
Michael and his team were very helpful with my flat tire - he helped me find the tire info so I could buy a new one at Walmart, and once I got back his team had me out in a half hour. And the price was more than reasonable. Best service I’ve ever received from an auto service business!
I just love this company, they make everything so easy I signed up for an oil change in wheel rotation everything was done perfectly dropped my car off had the work done and I picked it up at my convenience the next day. (Which I asked them for because I did not want to wait to have the work done) They charged my credit card when it was finished gave me a call let me know everything was done and I couldn’t be happier.
