I now live in Florida and still take my vehicles to Bill.
I was visiting the island last week and needed an AC repair. Called H&H and they had a busy week but gave me a time to bring it in a couple days later. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and fair, and they ensured I had my vehicle back in working order within the promised time frame. I was pleased to see their price was less than the local shop had quoted me back home! I’m glad to have working air again, and I’m happy to know there’s an honest, reliable mechanic if I ever have car trouble on the island again. Thanks, guys!
I am a local here in Hilton head, been here for over 20 years and this past week I had the pleasure of meeting the team at H and H auto. I met my fiancé in West Lafayette where I was a student athlete and so was she. I recently proposed to my fiancé and we drove her car from Indiana. Do your homework if you go here, My opinion this shop has really gone down hill in the last couple of years. Took my car in on a Thursday and decide to take in to another shop on the following Tuesday unrepaired and in worse shape than it was when I had it brought in. I should have seen the red flags when Michael the service clerk texted me "Working on getting a shop vac here so we can suck out the water" .
