This company actually rates zero stars! The equipment that I purchased - A2-AWP6042-3 , Wireless PA system with headset - is faulty. It tests okay, but after a few minutes it begins to cut out. DO NOT BUY THIS! I believe the technology is obsolete. Customer service was courteous and processed a replacement mic quickly, but that did not solve the problem. They then sent a whole new unit, which had the same problem with cutting out. and although I was told that a return shipping label was in the box, I did not find one there. ... read more
