Great customer service The HE staff make banking a pleasure
H & E Telephone Federal Credit Union is by far the best credit union. Not only are they very united, and treat each other like family, but they make you feel at home. They make me feel like I am part of their own family. They help guide you and fulfill all your banking needs. Thank you for being such an amazing team!!
Love the credit Union. The staff is friendly all expect for one particular woman who has horrible customer service people skills on the phone and is rude. Other than that they are helpful, attentive and offer good rates. Hours could be better , in my opinion but overall good
