I have called them over 50x in the past year for assistance to get into my online account. The app they use does not support androids, and their online site has to be reset every other day. I would avoid using this credit union. I have been a member for 27 years, and never had an issue until they updated and began using the app. When I call they reset my account, it works for one day then locks me out. H & E Telephone Federal Credit Union is by far the best credit union. Not only are they very united, and treat each other like family, but they make you feel at home. They make me feel like I am part of their own family. They help guide you and fulfill all your banking needs. Thank you for being such an amazing team!!
Love the credit Union. The staff is friendly all expect for one particular woman who has horrible customer service people skills on the phone and is rude. Other than that they are helpful, attentive and offer good rates. Hours could be better , in my opinion but overall good
