I have ALWAYS called over the phone to refill my prescription. It’s super quick and easy for me, and I’ve never been directed to do otherwise or have been told about the pharmacy app. The lady that I spoke to today was very rude and unwilling to refill the prescription over the phone. The first and only thing she said to me was to do it on the app, and sounded very annoyed with the fact that I called.
