It’s a smaller HEB with a tight parking lot and narrower isles and not quite as much selection as the bigger HEB stores.
I’ve been a loyal H-E-B customer for years and have always had positive experiences—until now. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, I had a very unpleasant encounter with an employee named Aza Smith. She gave me unnecessary attitude and used unacceptable language, simply because I was using my husband’s card from my phone to pay for beer.
