You need a better system for your online ordering! How dare you make someone wait a week for their order and pay the day of the order, only to cancel the day of! You should only take orders IF you have the product so that you can go somewhere else if need be!How horrible, the only saving grace was the delivery driver, she was awesome!

BIG HUGE SHOUT OUT to the peeps at the H-E-B in Vintage Park ... Ya'll are ROCKSTARS!!! I'm not a panic type of person, I just did our regular weekly shopping, online and had it delivered as usual ... but with everything going on, most of our order was sold out, so the girl from Curbside called and literally went over my entire list and we sub'd out almost everything for something else. I LOVE the group in the Curbside Dept of this HEB location! THANK YOU for ALWAYS going above and beyond!

I ordered a cake from the bakery for my daughters birthday. Very simple request, no writing just the dinosaur banner around the outside. I picked it up today and it looked like this. For $30 I feel like They could have done a better job putting the banner around. Very disappointed.
Hi... I bought a soup yesterday 10/22/19 from your store... Worms were found in my soup and I find it truly disgusting.
