We bought Frozen Cod fish and it was so tough you couldn't cut it with a butcher knife. We had company and ended up going and getting Pizza to serve them. This HEB is so disappointing that we will never go back. I am sure that our guests won't be shopping there either. Here we go to Krogers!
I bought a package of “fresh” catfish fillets from this FKN POS store today instead of buying fast food to “be good”. Got home, opened the ‘fresh’ package of farm raised catfish and literally gagged it smelled so bad. Almost puked. I would not send my worst enemies to this grocery store based on that single purchase. The cashier assured me that all of my items were bagged. When I unloaded the groceries, I realized that the eggs were NOT bagged. That is $4.99 plus TAX-plus plus 10 miles there and 10 miles back home. We are talking about the money I am owed, not to mention my time, by the way, is more precious than gold! If the cashiers weren't in such a hurry to hand a receipt and start ringing up the next person before you can get your wallet back in your pocket, then less of this would happen. The absolutely best pharmacy for Canyon Lake and surrounding areas. Fast, friendly,and they know hands down what they are doing. Dont go to CVS you will regret it...Trust me I tried.
My son was diagnosed with severe Anemia. I came here to fufill his iron perscription on three seperate occations. The first time I came, I was told thst the iron perscriptiob would arrive in 1 week. I came back 1 week later. I was told the percription had not been requested. The third time, the pharmacist Ike had the nerve to tell me that I should "just buy the perscription over the counter." Long lines slow staff.
Compassionate and caring head pharmacist stayed a while after closing time because she knew I was coming to pick up my father’s medication since he has just been discharged. The pharmacist knew he had been MIA for a bit and hadn’t seen my mom in the store either, so she was glad to know everyone was home. She took time to sort through everything with me so I I could figure out what he wasn’t supposed to take anymore of his old medication and explained his new medications. This pharmacy is TERRIBLE!!!! If my insurance didn’t require me to use it I would never go to it again. They take forever to wait on you, they never have the correct meds or your meds ready after notifying you that they are, they call doctors from 4 years prior to refill prescriptions even after you’ve gotten the meds filled by the new doctor for the past 2 years. Just a complete shit show. I’ve dealt with a ton of other hebs with no problems at all but this one is absolutely ridiculous.
My prescription was constantly late. I have to order items from HEB's Specialty Pharmacy and sometimes no one would pick up and on several occasions the number wasn't working.
