Could care less to hear my situation would not help me at all and lots of noise in the back ground it was a horrible 1st time call will never call this place for help
H&B did a fantastic job! They were extremely helpful and professional. We were impressed with their prompt responses and personal approach. We would highly recommend their services!
$225 fee to not return calls or emails in a timely manner, calling to request the same information I'd already given, and taking WEEKS to do simple taxes. Won't be using them again, that's for sure.
My family has had exceptional service from H&B Bookkeeping and Tac Services. We have been with for 3 years now and find that their staff does their best with working on our taxes, investing, retirement, and personal business matters. I can't say enough about Monique for setting us up for future retirement and The Amazing Lisa, who guides us through all the tax questions. Lisa is so friendly and knowledgeable. We are customers for life!
Terrible experience with this business. It took me many email attempts and phone calls to even make an appointment to get my taxes prepared. Following that it took me many attempts to get a list of what information I needed to bring in to my appointment. When we arrived the service was cold and unwelcoming, as new clients it seemed odd, but maybe it was just an off day in the office.
