Had a great experience here. I’ve been suffering from tendinitis in my right shoulder for almost 2 years. Stretching, rest, and massages would help temporarily. My mobility was limited due to pain and it got to the point where I could no longer reach across my body to put on my seatbelt without the aid of my left arm. I have been going to see Jenna since 2016. I would not be able to survive my fibromyalgia without her. She is fixed so many problems for me and relieved a lot of pain. I highly recommend those who are wanting to try out acupuncture. Very clean, very experienced, great massages!
After throwing out my back again I was barely able to walk and had trouble standing up straight. I was able to get an appointment really quickly at H and B. After only 1 session I walked out with NO original pain that I walked in with! After only 2 more sessions and three weeks total the soreness went away as well and I was able to jog again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRYING H and B!
