3.5 hours to get loaded and I did noy have to wait to get into the loading bay. Took an hour for the first of 3 different loaders to show up. Took half an hour after that for the second loader. Then pull forward to the next bay and another 45 minute wait. The third loader would not listen and I had to tell him 8 times how I wanted the rest of the load on my trailer. He was crap at running the hoist. Then the hoist broke down for 45 minutes. I eventually got everything on board and rolling.
