This has to the worse place robbing taxpayers with ridiculous penalties I understand of you get confused you must charge them but 70 dollars on owing 10.00 is a bit much I wonder which gets all the penalty money ???? Penn Trafford is the worst for hiring these incompetent people people streaming in there robbing us left and right with there threats and garnishments they really are awful to rob people of there hard earned money Shame on all of you !!!!
I went to the Youngwood office today in need of a letter stating I owe no taxes for a house refinance. Tammy, greeted me and said that wouldn’t be a problem. She took my information to her manager, Ashley. They came back with a signed letter in a matter of minutes. Also, last year, dropped off payments and had some questions. The clerk was genuinely kind and able to answer all my questions.
We called Berkheimer in Youngwood Pa.. I spent less than 5 minutes total on hold and getting local tax questions answered by Kerri. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. I hope all their consultants are this nice.
