I went to the Youngwood office today in need of a letter stating I owe no taxes for a house refinance. Tammy, greeted me and said that wouldn’t be a problem. She took my information to her manager, Ashley. They came back with a signed letter in a matter of minutes. Also, last year, dropped off payments and had some questions. The clerk was genuinely kind and able to answer all my questions.

We called Berkheimer in Youngwood Pa.. I spent less than 5 minutes total on hold and getting local tax questions answered by Kerri. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. I hope all their consultants are this nice.

I was told by the vandergriff tax collector 20 plus years ago that I don't have to pay school tax because I'm on disability 20 plus years later I get a bill for about $200 more than the taxes would have cost me apparently they are late fees and penalties and this is the first I've heard of it it took them 20 years to get a hold of me and told me that I owe them all this interest and back fees. I agree with the reviews above dump them get rid of them don't go there I don't think they know what they're doing
