Excellent product knowledge and staff. Bought a Fireplace Xtrordinair 36 Elite. Works great.
Love the place, love the people. I just finished my crop and H2O is a big part of my success. They willingly give you advice on what they use. ( remember that they are growers also) most of the products are not priced so you have to ask. This kind of sucks, but staff is always around to help.
Great showroom, knowledgeable staff, great product. We love our new wood burning stove. The installation went great and the new stove is so much more efficient than the one we replaced.
These guys are great they know their business If your looking for a fire place or a pellet stove Or you jave an older model these guys have the parts for anything friendly and easygoing very knowledgeable stop in and see Also the showroom is immaculate very nice I will continue to do business there how about you ?
