Very poor customer service. Was told furniture should be in in 3 weeks, shows up after 5 weeks. Was told that it was loaded and that it should be in by that Thursday Friday, called Saturday and it hadn't even loaded yet. Got in about a week later, was sitting on the floor for 2 weeks because we believed them and got rid of our furniture to make room. Delivery guys scuffed and nicked the furniture.
