I practiced with Rebbeca for about 5 months (23-24), until my PCB gig ended. Looking back, I appreciate and still practice the breathing work she exposed me to. The classes were always different and evolving. Namaste Kiddos!!!
Great yoga studio! I’m new to yoga and recently decided to give it a shot. Been going for a couple months now, I’ll say the classes are intense yet beginner friendly and also surprisingly therapeutic. Rebecca and Tammy are incredibly talented coaches and i cannot recommend this place enough!

If you are a relatively seasoned yogi and want to build on your practice, this is the studio to do that. Rebecca is knowledgeable and attentive so you get the most out of your practice. Absolutely recommend this studio for any levels!
