I went there last minute to a yin class. It was absolutely a beautiful and welcoming experience. Great vibes and music.
I've been doing yoga for over 20yrs, and Rebecca's classes are the best out of any I've been to. Her energy is awesome and she acknowledges the science- not just the spirituality- behind the benefits of yoga. I practiced with Rebbeca for about 5 months (23-24), until my PCB gig ended. Looking back, I appreciate and still practice the breathing work she exposed me to. The classes were always different and evolving. Namaste Kiddos!!!
Great yoga studio! I’m new to yoga and recently decided to give it a shot. Been going for a couple months now, I’ll say the classes are intense yet beginner friendly and also surprisingly therapeutic. Rebecca and Tammy are incredibly talented coaches and i cannot recommend this place enough!
