Fist time shopping in gypsy soul! The Customer service was amazing! Will definitely be returning for another awesome find !
Horrible service when you wanna return online purchase, they received dress that I returned, with tag in less than 15 days... still waiting for my money back... they trying to give me store credit but on check out said full refund if you return in 15 days. I called 5 times, email 4 times and no answers. That’s a horrible business, I needed to call my credit card to dispute the charge.
So nice! I ordered my mum a birthday gift from the website (which she loved) and the girls at the store wrote her a little note wishing her a happy birthday and included a little something extra from them as well. It was really sweet and it made her day :) thank you!
