I had a very disappointing experience with Olga Tattooing, an independent artist. After getting a tattoo from her, she completely ghosted me and never responded about the touch-up that was supposed to be included. During the appointment, she also spent much of the time speaking negatively about political issues and expressing hostility toward Russians, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
