I asked for help 3 different times. The cashier Joe called for assistance and nothing. Joe was super nice and apologetic.
Suuuuper nice people and convenient location so I will look to bump this over time but soo far some of the prices and misleading/labeling has wasted my time and gotten hopes up needlessly because they just have stuff mislabeled. Really great resource to have hope it comes through more and more I know its a staple of the community and has a great selection for "small" town.
Went in to buy paint. I needed another can tinted the same and they refused to tint the other because it was not bought there.It was a brand new unopened box. I was buying more I just needed them to match. Offered to pay for the tint. They were so rude about it too. I would absolutely not go there again. Ace is supposed to be a much more customer service oriented than box stores. So disappointed in a small town store do unwilling to help. Update: Home Depot in Avon took care of it no problem. Most people are off on Sundays or the weekend and need to get things done y'all could make a lot more money being open on Sunday at 7:00 a.m. and closing by 3 or 4pm
It's incredibly frustrating to go somewhere seeking assistance only to be told by the person meant to help that they don't have what you need. Then, later on, you discover they do have it; they simply didn't want to offer their support.
