We went to Gymboree with our first daughter when she was little at the river road location and it was a beautiful play area with big windows and the space was clean and well kept. Now, with our seven month old twins, we visited the new location in Richmond. The play area is a garage with no windows and no heat. Super unprofessional, I got stood up by a registered course. Double confirmed on date and location but got a shut door and non-response call. Waste of my time. If you can, avoid it.

Horrible place to take your child. Unprofessional and unorganized. We paid for a whole month, scheduled our first class in advance only to be notified that they’re having an outdoor class that day when we arrive at the Richmond location. They didn’t care to email or call us in advance, and the front desk staff even lied about the class is “cancelled” and “they tried to call us”. Impeccable service, great experience, and wonderful teachers. My 2-year-old boy enjoyed every second of his classes with teacher Carina. The lessons are always prepared, and the way they teach allowed my kid to learn new things everyday while having just as much fun as always! Big thumbs up to teacher Carina, we appreciate your classes so much! Their class packages are more than “worth it”, and we are looking forward for more and more valuable classes in the future!
