One thing to be aware of is that it is very hard to get a hold of them. Their phone line does not work (if you try calling, it says the number is unassigned), if you reach out to them on Instagram, you don't get a response, and if you send them and email, expect to receive a response a full week later if you get lucky. We went to Gymboree with our first daughter when she was little at the river road location and it was a beautiful play area with big windows and the space was clean and well kept. Now, with our seven month old twins, we visited the new location in Richmond. The play area is a garage with no windows and no heat. It was seven degrees today outside so you can imagine it is cold inside. The staff just said put on some jackets which I find strange. I think it is technically illegal to not have heat. Super unprofessional, I got stood up by a registered course. Double confirmed on date and location but got a shut door and non-response call. Waste of my time. If you can, avoid it.

Reasonable price and nice facility. it's not bad to give it a try. 价钱合理，场所也可以，适合小朋友来玩一下。
