I was very upset that I wasn't allowed to bring my baby to the last class I paid for. I don't understand why I bought a package which included 4 classes , and I can't use it , because they told me it was expired. We mothers have busy lives, and sometimes we can't keep track of everything. It's sad. I could understand if there were a lot of kids and a line, but when I came with my kid , there were 3-4 children. So disappointing.
We love Gymboree! This is our second kid at Gymboree and we are so happy with the service, the staff and the families are wonderful too!
Excellent experience at Gymboree Coral Gables. The staff is welcoming and the owner is knowledgeable and friendly. We look forward to joining more classes.
