Came in today to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size that my daughter received for her birthday. I had noticed that the website said no returns but I called just to see if I could exchange for a bigger size and was told I could as long as it was the same pair. I went in today and shocking, they wouldn’t take them. No wonder they are going out of business. Would give zero stars if I could.
Good but closing down soon. With a look for cheaper deals on clothes. Cute clothes
I went here today to buy a dress for my daughter and was disappointed that they have no fitting room but we made it work and chose one. The only cashier was busy helping a friend of hers which took over 10 minutes (she didn’t make a purchase) then the first customer in line also took over 5 minutes (lots of chatting back and forth etc) So I was the second person in line and I waited about 15 minutes to buy one dress. The store didn't open until 11:15 and then too it off the worse customer service!
