Beware!! This firm took a $5,000 retainer from my son and daughter in law paid for by my elderly mother and they have not responded to calls or emails from anyone to include the Washington attorneys handling the Washington portion of the case. Not only is that super unprofessional and unethical is a dereliction of duty! I couldn’t not have asked for a better outcome in my court case. Scott treated me with respect and presented different options to me at each stage of every hearing during my case. Scott explained everything in a way I could easily understand. Hands down Scott knows what he is doing and didn’t sugar coat the reality of my case and what could happen.
