However, the main issue we experienced was that the staff talked to each other and laughed throughout most of the massage. Because of that, the environment didn’t feel relaxing or peaceful, which is something we were really hoping for during a massage. While the massage itself was decent, the constant conversation between staff made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
