Things were not bad until they were bad and then it was very very bad. Do not trust them. I was a customer for 3 years. When I retired from work I cancelled my account 1 item came up missing. They had just offered it to me on one of their super clearance sales. Now that I cancelled my account they demanded $50. I agreed to pay but because my account was closed they couldn’t take my payment. Now they sent me to a collection agency.
Honestly a scam.
