I recently visited GWM ORA Lookers Wolverhampton to upgrade my car’s software. Initially, I was told that the upgrade could not be done that day due to network issues. Came to test drive the 03 today. Apart from being directed to the GWM showroom and waiting, there was nobody in the GWM part of the showroom, I went back to reception and they fetched Mark. Mark was extremely friendly and he was a good sales person. I would never have the Ora after driving it (most vexatious car I've ever driven) but the fact Mark managed to organise a 24 hour test drive within two days was impressive. Really poor service from Lookers Mercedes Wolverhampton! Brand new car with a simple problem with the wipers and the rain sensor. In to fix 2 times now and still not working. No communication from them....car simply returned without comment and surprise surprise the problem has not been fixed. Premium cars? Shame about the service behind them.
