I went there on Saturday morning, so the line was long, but the wait time was reasonable. I renewed four tags and left there. The window was staffed by a trainee without a trainer present. I got home and noticed that all four tag "stickers" were printed without the stickers. I called them to let them know so that they can correct the situation before more people were affected, but the number is for normal office hours only.
