Good firm massage really loosened up my stiff lower back
Booked in for a 60 minute remedial with Alice, it was amazing! She went above and beyond! She listened to what i wanted, focused a lot on those areas but also managed to do all the rest, head massage was A+++. I will be back!!
My legs were extremely stiff and sore from over doing it at the gym. Booked a same day visit for a leg massage, a couple of hours later and I was moving freely again. Highly recommended.
