Me and my partner just bought a flat with GWCA. I do not think they were particularly worth the money we paid for the service, there was hardly any communication when a cover came in for our main solicitor when he was on AL, the assistants seem to be doing most of the work. Takes time for them to reply back to emails. I’m sure if you decide to go with GWCA the same thing may not happen to you as they have some really good reviews, however we won’t be using again. Absolutely awful service. Takes weeks to reply to email and clearly must have no capacity to take on work and do a good job. Do not use
GWCA have helped me move house twice now and both experiences were smooth and (relatively) relaxed. Most recently Amanda and her team helped me through a local sale and purchase. I really appreciated their patience and responsiveness, especially given the 2025 stamp duty change, which must have had them rushed off their feet. The team remained calm and professional throughout and I always felt I was in good hands. Highly recommended.
