The next time your maintenance workers decide to let themselves onto private property without asking, it would be proper to close the fence gates when they leave. I let my dog out back and because your workers left the fence gate open after they came onto our property without permission, got out into the road. I was lucky enough to have noticed it in time to get him before he was hit by a passing FedEx van. I'd hope to expect more from your representatives.

Absolutely worst customer service ever! Make Boerne better, bring competition into our market. So pathetic that we have no choice other than satellite and that's garbage like gvtc. Guess my customer service will get worse it that's possible. Any other businesses in Boerne is easy to walk away from, cable provider not so easy. Far less than mediocre customer service at best. #boycottGVTC.
RecommendedGvtc is a great company to work with, everyone I have talked to was super nice and very helpful. And the service is great, and reliable.
Never had any real problems and any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally. Knowledgeable service department.
Customer service is poor and they are way over priced. They really need some competition to push them into line. I'm going to satellite service since it is the only alternative. Saving money and getting alot more.
They stink wish we had another option.
There is a problem with the internet speed in River Crossing, but they won't admit it.
