I had a very difficult interaction with this company during my recent closing on a condo: the loan advisor was very unprofessional and frankly inappropriate. He was never available and appeared to have little knowledge of the market or the ability to explain the options and provide sound advise. I would not recommend GVC Mortgage. I did business with them because I had loyalty through my mortgage lender personally, but I recently did two transactions through them that honestly were horrible. I almost lost thou on a home that I’d put an offer in because Paperwork just took forever for no good reason. My billing address is not the same as the home address and regardless of how many times I told them I never got paperwork sent to my home address.
