I would not recommend driver Rodrigues Jeffery Chris based on this experience.
Inconsiderate. Replurable dispatchers that are useless at setting up trips for people this happens alot. This company should give up. Horrible service
On February 27, 2026, I had a very disappointing experience with GVC II while using Access-A-Ride services. My scheduled pickup time was 5:30 PM at 300 Cadman Plaza, and vehicle #6251 arrived around 5:55 PM. I was outside waiting. Due to heavy snow piled along the curb, I was unable to safely board the vehicle from where it was parked. I politely asked the driver to move slightly forward or reposition the bus so I could safely access it. There were no vehicles blocking him.
