“I am beyond frustrated with the unprofessionalism of this company, particularly from HR (Tiffany) and her supervisor (Walters). I worked ONE day in November 2024, and now it’s January 3rd 2025,yet I still haven’t been paid. I cannot recommend this company or location as a suitable workplace. The environment feels unprofessional and tense, with employees often appearing unhappy or unmotivated. Some staff members, particularly in leadership or customer-facing roles, come across as dismissive or unapproachable, which creates a toxic atmosphere. My son and I have been waiting an hour and 15 minutes to be picked up. Everytime AAR dispatch calls, they say 20 minutes. Really awful to deal with, if you have to travel to Westchester County, just ask for a taxi authorization instead.
