Inconsiderate. Replurable dispatchers that are useless at setting up trips for people this happens alot. This company should give up. Horrible service
On February 27, 2026, I had a very disappointing experience with GVC II while using Access-A-Ride services. My scheduled pickup time was 5:30 PM at 300 Cadman Plaza, and vehicle #6251 arrived around 5:55 PM. I was outside waiting. Due to heavy snow piled along the curb, I was unable to safely board the vehicle from where it was parked. I politely asked the driver to move slightly forward or reposition the bus so I could safely access it. There were no vehicles blocking him. Very smooth and pleasant visit.
Managers are garbage so much drama at the Gvc it’s kinda hard to be a driver like me lol. Please do your research before coming to a place like this!!!!!
