Do not recommend and feel sad for parents whose child may live far away from their school. The driver we got for the summer who is in charge of transporting children with disabilities (in this route) proceeds to get off the bus and argue with me. He then crosses the street to take a picture of his bus as evidence that he is indeed in front of my building (he really wasn’t and the bus has gps tracking), all while leaving the bus unattended and leaving the matron alone. One of the worst school bus companies I’ve ever dealt with. They never show up on time, and on some days they don’t even bother to show up at all. No warning, no updates just leave parents and kids waiting. And when you try calling, all you get are excuses that don’t make any sense. It feels like they don’t care at all about the kids or families depending on them. I have to put a star just to leave this post. But, I would leave nothing other than to say I had an AAR that refused to take my mother who's in the ONLY wheelchair she has. She's unable to walk and the driver refused to take us and left us out in the rain. I hope that one day she will receive the same ill service she has just shown my elderly mother. Shame on you! I hope to never be booked with this company ever again. Shameful.
