GVC is hands down the most forward-thinking school bus company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Safety is clearly their top priority, and it shows in everything they do, starting with ownership and flowing all the way down to their incredible drivers and attendants. Everyone truly cares about the children and takes pride in their work. The training is top notch, and it’s obvious that the staff love what they do. An outstanding company that sets the standard for excellence in student transportation.
This has to be one of the most unprofessional school bus companies I have ever seen. I continuously see the drivers being aggressive on the road, cutting people off with children on the bus. Doesn’t seem like the company cares to correct the issue either
I’m giving 5 stars because the drivers at GVC are professional at their job and their first priorities is to have their children arrive to school and home safely. I am a grandfather myself and my grandchild rides on a bus as well.
Do not recommend and feel sad for parents whose child may live far away from their school. The driver we got for the summer who is in charge of transporting children with disabilities (in this route) proceeds to get off the bus and argue with me. He then crosses the street to take a picture of his bus as evidence that he is indeed in front of my building (he really wasn’t and the bus has gps tracking), all while leaving the bus unattended and leaving the matron alone.
