I’m giving 5 stars because the drivers at GVC are professional at their job and their first priorities is to have their children arrive to school and home safely. I am a grandfather myself and my grandchild rides on a bus as well.

Do not recommend and feel sad for parents whose child may live far away from their school. The driver we got for the summer who is in charge of transporting children with disabilities (in this route) proceeds to get off the bus and argue with me. He then crosses the street to take a picture of his bus as evidence that he is indeed in front of my building (he really wasn’t and the bus has gps tracking), all while leaving the bus unattended and leaving the matron alone. One of the worst school bus companies I’ve ever dealt with. They never show up on time, and on some days they don’t even bother to show up at all. No warning, no updates just leave parents and kids waiting. And when you try calling, all you get are excuses that don’t make any sense. It feels like they don’t care at all about the kids or families depending on them.
