Great service ! My fifth wheel wouldn’t disengage from the trailer while I was in the dock. He came out, got me safely unhooked, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He even stayed to make sure I was able to get hooked up to another trailer before leaving. Really appreciate the professionalism, quick service, and willingness to go the extra mile. Definitely recommend !
Very prompt service. Guy's came to my family's rescue when our RV broke down at a family member's home. The technician was very conscientious, taking care to prevent any damage or unnecessary strain to our vehicle. If I ever have car trouble in Galena I know who I'm going to call!
I rode with Riley. That dude made the hour something trip fly by. It was a smooth ride too and thats pulling a tra tor and 53 foot trailer!
The service was very friendly and helpful!! We are university students in town for a competition and we suddenly broke down in the middle of nowhere. But Guy’s was able to come to us and even drive us over an hour out to the nearest dealership that could help us. Tyson was sent to help us and he even gave us a ride back with our car, he was extremely friendly and even with a long drive the trip was very fun!
