I called nervous and scared as my car was over heating and they were very nice. Ran my card right away and sent me an email for my insurance company and even gave me a ride back to where my car was being dropped off at. Driver was very kind and the service was fast. They were able to get to me in 30 mins and my car towed and on our way within ten.

On top of turning the key and charging $85 there was a SERVICE FEE. I was in the Midwest hospital parking lot. Never again
