I had a very good experience on first visit, 4-15-22. Today was a very terrible experience. Student was reluctant to use school product to roller set my hair but was instructed that problem was solved. When taking my hair down it was very hard and couldn't be combed to style it. The owner told front desk to brush it, she never came out to greet me, no apology, no concern for possible damage, very unprofessional and rude.
