Unethical lawyer who lies about their practice to have unbiased advice when it comes to real estate dealings. She even put the wrong names on the refund check after the deal fell through due to her bias. I would highly recommend going elsewhere in the Aiken County area for an attorney! We have closed on two other properties in Aiken without issue, but Ms. Guynn was recommended by our mortgage broker!
I used this office to close on my home and they didn't tell me how much to even pull out for them until the day before closing? So I wrote a check for too much and they gave me a refund check..... problem is they put both me and my gfs name on it so the check can't be cashed. And to get a new check they have to hold the check in there hands for 10 DAYS because it "left the building"....... can't even get YOUR OWN MONEY back from these people.
