Guy is a very nice and congenial person. He is a capable accountant. That is the frustrating part of working with his office. Beverly in the office is a sweet as can be and was always able to answer questions about what I owed. Now the bad parts; Guy at one time sent me someone else's taxes over e-mail to sign. I guess he got the files mixed up. Another time I was told that Guy had filed an extension for my taxes, but in fact he did not.
