Friendly staff
This really should be 3.5 starts, but they really aren't a 3. Hence, the 4. Its a great company with good options for our specific business, but the online portal is absolutely terrible. The reports are difficult to convert in to what we need, and the settings are bad. Plus, drivers can bypass some set limits (I won't say how or which ones - I don't want to give anyone ideas).
