Awful service and fill out tax forms with gross negligence. He has incorrectly claimed credits trying to get his customers more money back, but in the end the IRS finds his errors and you are left with the bill. Tried reaching out to him about his errors and he doesn’t even take the time to answer you. Will NEVER use his services again.
Mark is great. Does my family taxes for over a decade. Never had any issues.
