OK....what an amazing store. Husband is Celiac and this place is an absolute dream. Everything g you could want and more. The bakery smells heavenly and the pastries are to die for.
This place is a godsend to the Gluten Free community.
Ordered a birthday cake for my wife for pickup at their Kanata location. When I got there to pick it up, they had the cake at their Orleans location instead. :-/ An obvious mixup on their part, but immediately they took ownership and offered to drive it to my house in time for the party. Great customer service and the cake was delicious! Thank you to the team at Gutsies for going the extra mile for us!
Best place for item free shopping! Pastries and desserts are excellent. Staff is well informed .
