Awful service. We required advice on house sale agreements, and never got back to us, and never returned phone calls despite promises to. A total lack of professionalism, avoid! Only giving 1 star as cannot give less.
Do not use these people, they have zero ability to communicate, and zero empathy.
AVOID. My grandmother passed three years ago, at first they took my once a month phone calls / chasing emails and now I get the phone hung up on me and my emails go unanswered. We're planing on moving forward and reporting them to the SRA.
Prompt appointment made, seen on time & comprehensive service received. Would definitely use again, polite & very helpful.
